Abundance is not pretending everything is perfect
An abundance mindset does not require ignoring bills, disappointment or uncertainty. It is not a command to be positive every minute. A grounded version acknowledges what is difficult while asking what remains possible.
Practising abundance
Keep an evidence list: three things that went right, three resources you already have or one example of support you received. Celebrate other people’s wins without using them as evidence against yourself. Abundance becomes more useful when it changes attention and behaviour rather than simply changing vocabulary.
