Name the story

Notice the sentence underneath the feeling: “I am behind,” “Everyone else is doing better,” “I have to hurry,” or “If I stop, everything will fall apart.” Once the story has a name, you can question it instead of treating it as fact.

Practise enoughness

Separate urgency from importance. Identify what genuinely needs attention and what can wait. At the end of the day write: “Today I had enough of…”, “Today I received…”, and “Tomorrow I will focus on…”. Enoughness is not settling; it is recognising that this moment has value while you work toward more.
