Five simple steps

  1. Arrive: take a few slow breaths before reaching for your phone.
  2. Choose a receiving intention: write “Today I am open to receiving…”
  3. Choose one affirmation that feels useful.
  4. Choose one aligned action you will actually take.
  5. Leave some room for the day to surprise you.

Keep it grounded

The purpose is not to control every outcome. It is to establish a direction, make yourself available to opportunities and take one practical step. Receiving can be active: asking, learning, showing up, accepting support and noticing what is already available.
